The system was developed during Ryding’s successful career in large international blue chips including Exxon, Mars, EMI and 3i and then enhanced during his career as a CEO /Chairman rescuing small and medium sized enterprises from bankruptcy then growing and selling them.
He spoke to the experts in every company he worked within, to their suppliers and customers and he observed his competitors. He grilled gurus at business schools during his MBA and as he travelled with his work. He tried out theories and tools and techniques and threw away everything that did not pass the 4Ps tests of powerful, practical, proven and profitable.
A lot more was thrown away than was kept but overtime the gems that have been retained have formed three staggeringly powerful, practical, proven and profitable integrated systems - that only work.
